Shop Policies

All orders should take 2-3 business days processing time and an additional 3-5 day for shipping time. Please note mugs and shirts are fulfilled through a print-on-demand company and may take longer to ship.

Greenhouse Collective does not accept returns/refunds unless there is damage incurred during shipping. We will gladly replace the item(s). Please send an email, along with picture(s) of the damage to team@greenhousecollective.org.

If item(s) are returned to us by the shipping service due to undeliverability, customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment. Please check and double check your address information when placing an order. Also note that P.O. Boxes are sometimes unfriendly destinations for packages and orders will occasionally bounce back as a result. It's safest to use a home or work address.

If the order you receive is incorrect from your order, we will happily resolve any mistakes. Please contact us within 7 days at team@greenhousecollective.org.
